Shipping policy

Standard Shipping and Processing Information:

Orders begin processing immediately after purchase. Production period is 3-5 business days. Orders shipped to addresses within Australia, Canada, European Union, United Kingdom, and United States can expect delivery of orders within 5-15 business days after shipping. Orders to other countries can expect delivery within 10-30 business days after shipping. Orders may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not held liable for any delays, and appreciate your understanding if delays due occur. Shipping is calculated at checkout and is the responsibility of the customer.

 

International Shipping Duties and Taxes:

Orders shipping internationally may incur import fees, duties and taxes that are not reflected in our prices. The customer is responsible for any additional fees that may be due at the time of delivery. Per our return policy, note that the customer is responsible for shipping arrangements, and costs incurred to return items.
